WE ARE STILL OPEN AS AN ESSENTIAL BUSINESS

WE ARE STILL OPEN AS AN ESSENTIAL BUSINESS. Keeping vaccines up to date is still important to aid in preventing disease, especially zoonotic disease. Both internal and external parasite prevention is important as well. We can see and treat your sick pets. We can still do surgeries, but they will be evaluated on a case by case scenario as to whether or not it’s needed immediately or if it can be postponed a few weeks. Our doors are locked. Only staff and pets can enter the building. Exceptions will be made if you have a terminally ill pet that needs euthanasia and you want to be with them. Communication is mainly by phone or a safe distance from your vehicle. Curbside service so far is working really well! All dogs must be on a leash and we will also use an additional slip leash for safety reasons. All cats must be in a carrier. I don’t want anyone’s beloved pet to get loose and risk getting hit by traffic. We can refill meds as well, and they will be delivered to your car. As this situation continues to evolve, our hours may change but at this time we are open for normal hours… Mon-Fri 8 to 5 and Sat from 9am to 1. We are sanitizing handles, leashes, pens, and counters more often. Thanks for all of your understanding and patience at this time. I appreciate all of you. Dr Bren and staff at TTV.
